Visit Aburi Botanical Gardens, then hike to the Umbrella Rock and see the Three-Headed Palm Tree. Finish off with a refreshing dip in the twin waterfall.

Our Day Itinerary

First Stop: Driving through the green Akwapim hills, this tour leads us to Aburi Botanical Gardens. These gardens are made up of great lawns planted by natives and imported trees and plants. 

Second Stop: We proceed to Koforidua town where we embark on an hour 30min hike to the famous Umbrella Rock, not far from Boti falls in Yilo Krobo District, Ghana. As the name implies, Umbrella shape rock is large enough to cover 20 to 50 people at once even when it's raining. From the Umbrella rock, the tourist shall proceed to see the Three-Headed Palm Tree very close to the rock. Afterwards, enjoy the cold shower of the twin waterfall, the natives believe these falls are male and female.
